NOTES:
1 - Entry fee does not include Optional Event Prize Pool.
2 - Optional Event Prize Pool includes prize payout for Team Skins
3 - Event Prize Pool is $10 pp for Non-VIPs or $5 pp for TCG VIP's and $10 skins pot.
